Dividend Policy

We consider that capital raised from the market is entrusted to us by our shareholders, so we recognize that returning profits to shareholders through performance-linked and income-responsive dividends is one of our most important measures. Regarding dividends, we strive to improve the payout ratio based on our fundamental stance of rewarding our shareholders steadily and reliably over the long term, with a target dividend payout ratio of 20%.
