"Secure" Housing for Your Precious Family Members and Employees.

The dormitory business has grown steadily since our Group's founding and has continued to meet customer expectations even during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our aim is not simply to provide food and housing, but to be "Japan's number one boarding house." We will expand our unique dormitory services that focus on residents and quality meals from international students to the sports field, and promote the development of facilities (dormitories) centered around food, such as training centers for foreign nationals and employment support facilities.

Starting as "Employee Dormitories for One-Night Stays" Now a Hub for Business and Tourism

This business began from requests to use employee dormitories for business trips. Without being confined to the concept of a business hotel, we are constantly evolving from the customer's perspective. The idea of providing guests with dedicated indoor wear to use throughout the facility embodies the dormitory concept of "feeling at home in the entire building."
In addition, we offer large communal baths with saunas, breakfasts featuring local specialties, complimentary late-night soba noodles, and more.
Whether for one night or a longer stay, we aim to be a "hotel where you can live comfortably and simply." Dormy Inn is used not only for business trips but also by families and international tourists.

High Quality, Not Luxury.
Providing Peace of Mind and Relaxation Through Subtle Hospitality.

In the 1990s, as companies were letting go of their employee welfare facilities, we began offering services centered around "food, bath, and accommodation" for even "one-night" stays, with the aim of repurposing these facilities for a sustainable environment. More than 30 years have passed since then. Today, Kyoritsu Resort's hot spring inns can be found at famous scenic spots and renowned hot spring locations throughout Japan. Under the concept of healing experiences unique to each location, we have refined our brand names, spaces, meals, baths, rooms, facilities, and services. We offer the scenic resort hotel "La Vista," distinctive "Japanese-style hot spring inns," and "Lucien" where guests can stay with their pets. Our staff, who inherit the spirit of "reassurance," provide hospitality so that guests can relax without any formality.

Supporting the "Lifelong Activity" of Each and Every Customer

With the desire to provide "a home-like residence that is safe and comfortable," we started the "Senior Life" (senior housing) business in 1996.
Making full use of the expertise cultivated in creating comfortable spaces for hotels and dormitories, we take a unique approach to the three lifestyle habits of "diet," "activity," and "sleep." We support the realization of "active lifestyles" for each and every customer, from those who are independent to those who need nursing care.
